Richard & Mary Amoedo

Co-Founders | Richard serves as CEO

Richard and Mary Amoedo are the co-founders of Investor Nextdoor Club, a multifamily real estate investment and education company designed to help everyday investors build wealth through commercial real estate. With more than five decades of combined experience across construction, finance, direct sales, and business leadership, they bring complementary strengths that shape the company’s vision and culture.Richard, CEO of Investor Nextdoor Club, is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience launching and scaling businesses in construction, mortgage lending, private capital, and real estate fund management. He has built mortgage branches nationwide, trained hundreds of financial professionals, and helped lead over $60 million in investment transactions. His extensive knowledge of capital markets, deal structuring, and investor engagement is central to the firm’s strategy and growth.

Mary’s background in mechanical engineering and operational systems brings a unique perspective to real estate investing. A former engineer turned business leader, she has spent over 20 years building high-performing sales organizations, developing leaders, and scaling training platforms. Her strengths in communication, team development, and systems integration support the educational and community-building elements of Investor Nextdoor Club’s mission.

Together, Richard and Mary are passionate about creating a trusted, inclusive ecosystem where investors, from novice to experienced, can grow with confidence. Known for their integrity, leadership, and commitment to helping others succeed, they lead the company with a hands-on approach and a clear vision: to close the wealth gap and help people live a purpose-driven life.

Eric C. Hill

Chief Legal Officer

Eric Hill brings a rare combination of legal proficiency and entrepreneurial vision to the organization. A graduate of Baylor University with honors, Eric holds both a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Business Administration. His legal practice has focused on complex real estate, corporate litigation, secured transactions, intellectual property, and business acquisitions, making him an invaluable asset to the leadership team

In 2004, Eric transitioned into real estate development, founding a construction company specializing in starter homes. Since then, he has developed approximately 450 homes and several multifamily projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His success lies in his strategic approach—buying, building, and selling at optimal price points—while leveraging his legal expertise to negotiate advantageous land deals.

Eric’s deep understanding of market trends and demographic targeting enables him to execute efficient, profitable developments. His seamless transition from law to real estate underscores his adaptability and strategic insight, making him a key driver of the company’s continued growth.

Karly Worth

VP of Acquistions

Karly Worth is a rising leader in the real estate industry, known for her strategic acumen and entrepreneurial drive. Since earning her real estate license in 2020, Karly has consistently ranked among the top agents in Connecticut on HomeSnap—placing her among the top 20% of professionals in the industry.

She has successfully closed over 65 on-market transactions and more than 30 off-market deals, showcasing her expertise in both traditional and creative investment strategies. Over the past year, she has raised more than $6 million for investment projects and acquired a portfolio of more than 150 units across 20 assets, focusing on fix-and-hold properties.

Karly also serves as a partner in a Connecticut-based real estate brokerage, where she mentors agents and drives business growth. Her current investment expansion spans markets in Oklahoma, Texas, and Mississippi, as she continues to help others build financial independence through real estate.

Marty Kennard

VP of Asset Management

Marty Kennard is a seasoned executive with a strong background in both corporate operations and real estate investment. Over a 17-year tenure with Target Corporation, he held multiple leadership positions, including District Manager, where he oversaw $422 million in sales across several states.

Transitioning into real estate, Marty has built a diverse investment portfolio, including single-family homes, duplexes, vacation rentals, and multifamily properties. He has actively participated in 15 multifamily deals, serving in roles such as Key Principal and Guarantor. Currently, he manages five real estate LLCs with ongoing investments in Texas, Tennessee, and Arizona.

Marty is also actively engaged in community service, serving on the board of FreeManHouse.org and volunteering with Watermark Church. His leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to operational excellence make him a key contributor to the company’s long-term success.

Brittany LoGrasso

Director of Social Media

Brittany LoGrasso is an expert in building engaged digital communities and developing effective social media strategies. With years of experience from corporate roles to starting her own marketing agency with her husband, Jake, Brittany leads INC’s social media efforts by crafting content that resonates with the right audiences. Her work ensures that INC’s message reaches and engages the people who need it most, driving long-term connection and growth. Brittany’s approach to social media is centered around authenticity, empowering INC to build relationships that have a lasting impact on its community.

Jake LoGrasso

Director of Marketing

Jake LoGrasso is a strategic marketing leader with a focus on driving growth and marketing execution for INC. With a background in finance and investments – Jake made the leap into brand strategy and market expansion when he left corporate in 2024. Having helped dozens of clients create marketing systems that grow a thriving business, Jake is dedicated to ensuring that INC’s message reaches the right audiences and drives meaningful impact. His role centers on developing marketing systems that fuel brand growth, enabling INC to scale and increase its reach in the real estate investing space. Jake’s approach is focused on fostering sustainable growth while building systems that connect people to the opportunity to take control of their financial futures.
